Lowkey Legends works with fulfillment partners who prepare and ship orders directly to our customers.

Processing and delivery times

Timeframes may vary by product and destination. Any product-specific estimates will be listed on the product page. For made-to-order items, production takes place before shipping begins.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Available shipping options depend on your items and delivery address.

Separate shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and on different dates because we work with different fulfillment partners.

Tracking

We will provide tracking information when it becomes available from our fulfillment partners. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a shipping label is created.

Delays

Holiday demand, weather, and carrier disruptions may affect delivery estimates. If we cannot ship within the stated processing timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice to agree to a revised shipping timeframe or cancel the affected unshipped items for a prompt refund.
